"Quick,
what's the number for 911?", one of my many favorite quotes from The Little Rascals. This is one movie I
would recommend to anyone of all ages. It is funny and it has romance.
Therefore, I would recommend The Little
Rascals for several reasons.
First of all, The
Little Rascals is a funny movie for several reasons. It's about school-aged
kids that have a "He-Man Woman Haters Club". They allow no girls in
their club. My two favorite characters are Buckwheat and Porky. They are the
two youngest of the club. When the club caught fire, both Buckwheat and Porky
went to call the fire department, but they did not know the number, yet they
were standing in front of the fire department. I also consider The Little Rascals a funny movie,
because of Alfalfa and Spanky. Alfalfa and Spanky are trying to get away from
the two town bullies Butch and Woim, Alfalfa and Spanky ran into the ballet
recital dressed as girls.

Not only is The Little Rascals a funny movie, but it is
also a romantic movie. Alfalfa, who is in the "He-Man Woman Haters
Club" falls in love with a girl named Darla. Alfalfa did not go to the
"He-Man Woman Haters Club" meeting to go on a date with Darla. Darla
told Alfalfa for their next date she wants it to be in the "He-Man Woman
Haters Club", but Alfalfa knew it was a bad idea, but just to make Darla
happy they had their date in the club. The
boys catch Alfalfa in the company of Darla--"a girl!" Alfalfa isn't
like his friends because he's in love with Darla, and unfortunately threatens
the very existence of their "boys only" club. The club's members try
their hardest to break the two apart, causing their clubhouse to burn down.
Darla than believes that Alfalfa is ashamed of her and turns all her attentions
to Waldo, the new rich kid in town. She later finds out that he is a big jerk and
goes back to Alfalfa.
